  • Psychometrics: personality assessment, performance evaluation

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Organisational development, including recruitment best practice; training and development; employee wellbeing; and organisational culture.

  • Coaching psychology and facilitation in organisational subjects including: performance and behaviour; management and leadership; wellbeing, mental and resilience; communication and personality; and stress management.

Ance’s projects profile includes:

  • Design and implementation of in-house mental health peer support systems in public sector organisations with large employee bases.

  • Design of e-learning content for digital employee onboarding processes.

  • Review and embedding of renewed organisational values across a 7000+ employee organisation.

  • Research and presentation of findings on employee mental health across local organisations at the annual psychology conference.

  • Master’s thesis on organisational climate, performance and commitment.

Ance brings 10 years of organisational development experience to her role looking after people, culture and safety. Having worked within human resources; learning and development; research, data collection and analysis; and organisational coaching, facilitation and consultancy, she contributes her knowledge and skills to bring research-backed, evidence-based strategies to ECB Group.
