Prior to this he was involved in the scheduling and programming for a range of projects with Higgins, including managing subcontractors and in-house staff for these works. He has also completed several group leadership courses and management classes at Higgins, all of which he gained accreditation for.
Mike’s key strengths are his understanding and experience gained from over 20 years in the civil industry. Through starting from the bottom, Mike has learnt to operate all machinery as a final level operator.
